Driven by a Commitment to Better Mental Health: Joseph holds an advanced degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health and brings a deep interest in neuroscience to his work at Malu. He is focused on building a mental health system that is more connected, compassionate, and effective for clients, clinicians, and the broader community.
Deeply Experienced in Building and Scaling Businesses: As co-founder of Judo Bank, he led the business from inception to IPO within four years. Under his leadership, Judo became one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Asia-Pacific, recognised for its strong culture and momentum.
Execution-Focused Leadership: Joseph has decades of experience leading teams and delivering complex projects. He is known for being hands-on, commercially focused, and thoughtful in how he builds systems, structures, and teams that scale.
