Malu Health Group is helping transform Australia’s mental health care by addressing some of the sector’s biggest challenges and prioritising clinician wellbeing and better client outcomes.. Through an integrated network of clinics, clinicians, and digital tools, we are rethinking how support is delivered across Australia.

As we expand, we are seeking a Head of People, Culture & Development to join our leadership team.

This is a rare chance to shape the people strategy and culture of a purpose-driven organisation from the ground up with the co-founders.


You will bring:

  • Proven HR and people-leadership experience within health, preferably mental health

  • A track record of supporting early-stage HR or high-growth organisations through transformation and change

  • Expertise in designing culture, systems, and processes across multi-site clinical teams

  • An empathetic, flexible approach to partnering with clinicians, operators, and support staff in a dynamic environment

  • The drive to build people infrastructure that empowers teams and improves mental health outcomes

  • Strong capability in learning, development, and employee education
