Sunny Steps Joins Malu Health

We are delighted to announce that Sunny Steps Psychology & Supervision has officially joined Malu Health.

Sunny Steps is a highly respected child and family psychology practice known for its warm, values-driven approach and deep commitment to supporting young people and their families. Their team brings exceptional clinical expertise across child development, behavioural support, and family-focused interventions.

As part of Malu Health, Sunny Steps will continue delivering the personalised care they are known for, with added support from our network, shared clinical resources, and expanded pathways for clients and clinicians.

We’re proud to welcome Leah and the entire Sunny Steps team.

Leah Flanagan (Founder and Director Sunny Steps):

"As a business owner, I’ve always had my team’s back. When they’ve had tough days, I’ve been there. When they’ve needed support, I’ve been there. I’ve walked alongside them through the challenges and triumphs of client care. But over time, I found myself asking… who has my back?

Being a director often means being everything to everyone. You carry the weight of responsibility, care deeply for your staff and clients, and keep the wheels turning. But it can be lonely at the top.

That’s why I joined Malu Health.

Malu Health isn’t just a company, it’s a community. A place where support flows in every direction. Now, I have a team behind me too. People I can reach out to, lean on, and grow with. Malu Health supports not just our clients and staff, but also the leaders who care deeply and give their all.

I’m no longer doing this alone. We’re all in this together.

And with Malu Health, Sunny Steps continues to thrive, same team, same care, same heart. Just with more support behind the scenes.

#Sunnydaysahead "
